"Greg Ochipa's office is hands down the best insurance agent I have ever worked with. His office has always been beyond helpful & I was disappointed when I could no longer stick with the agency who held my renters insurance policy at the time when I purchased my home in 2020 since they could not offer coverage in my area. A few years later, after several awful experiences with other agents who did NOT have my best interest in mind, nor would they listen to my needs, I gave it a shot to reach back out to Greg Ochipa's office and I was THRILLED that they were able to offer coverage at that time. The office as a whole, but Tammy Cameron specifically, is incredibly responsive, friendly, patient & has gone above & beyond to be helpful to myself and my family while navigating several insurance policies. I have & will continue to highly recommend them to anyone in need of services. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with their office."

"I called his office for an insurance quote. The quote that was provided to me, was cheaper than my current Insurance Agent. I changed my insurance based on the quote. After about a week or two, I received a phone call from his office. I was told my rate would be more than quoted. Here is what I have a problem with. I was quoted $221 a month when I called originally. During this second phone call, I was told the monthly rate would go up $70. Money is not an issue, but that is not what I was quoted! The monthly rate actually went up to $389. Needless to say when this insurance term is up, I am going to cancel. Very bad business practice. Quote one price and then raised the rate once you are a customer. There are better honest insurance agents out there. I would not recommended this business. My wife has a separate policy here as well. She is also going to cancel her long time policy. You will not only be down a new customer, but in the process; you will also have lost a long time customer..."

"I decided to visit Greg Ochipa's Insurance agency based on the positive reviews it had received. But, I was skeptical: maybe those reviews were given by family and friends. My skepticism, thankfully, turned out to be unwarranted. When I entered the office, I noted that the atmosphere was light and calm. Hannah, the agent who helped me, was friendly and engaging. Greg Ochipa stopped by Hannah's desk to greet me and thank me for choosing his agency. He also presented as friendly and engaging. Granted, it was my first impression. But, if first impressions are lasting impressions then I feel that this agency is a good choice for anyone seeking genuine customer service and appreciation for one's patronage."

"Had a windshield replaced a few months back. Had some issues with the installation. Needless to say it cracked. Called Greg and his team Hanna being the one I dealt with mostly. Have to say after a few weeks of back and forth and a bit of confusion. Greg and Hanna along with a young lady by the name of Courtney and a nice fellow Billy. Got it taken care for me without it costing me another deductible. Am very happy with my choice in this company for my insurance needs. Plan on a good long relationship with them because of this. They truly care."
